Analisis Kelayakan Penggunaan Kendaraan Listrik Dalam Distribusi Angkutan Barang Jarak Pendek

Performa logistik negara Indonesia pada tahun 2019 berada pada peringkat 46 secara global dan berada pada peringkat 5 di negara-negara ASEAN, hal tersebut dikarenakan biaya logistik di Indonesia tinggi mencapai 23,5% dari PDB nasional pada tahun 2019. Komponen yang menyumbang biaya logistik tinggi diantaranya merupakan biaya angkutan atau transportasi khususnya biaya bahan bakar yang bisa mencapai 50% terhadap biaya operasional transportasi logistk. Transportasi logistik jarak pendek saat ini masih mengandalkan penggunaan truk berbahan bakar diesel dalam proses supply chain management. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis kelayakan biaya, kelayakan operasional dan kelayakan infrastruktur penggunaan kendaraan listrik dalam distribusi supply chain management angkutan barang jarak pendek. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisa deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek kelayakan biaya terkait penggunaan truk listrik dalam distribusi supply chain management angkutan barang jarak pendek dinyatakan layak dalam penurunan biaya bahan bakar, biaya, perawatan dan biaya pajak kendaraan dibandingkan dengan penggunaan truk konvensional, aspek kelayakan operasional dinyatakan layak dalam hal spesifikasi kendaraan, proses pengiriman dan time to market, jarak tempuh dan diberlakukannya implementasi sistem sewa kendaraan oleh agen tunggal pemegang merek kepada perusahaan dan aspek kelayakan infrastruktur dinyatakan belum memenuhi aspek kelayakan khususnya dalam hal ketersediaan stasiun pengisian kendaraan listrik umum terpadu dan skema pemberian subsidi oleh pemerintahReferences
