Electronic Filing
Electronic Submission
Jurnal Manajemen Transportasi & Logistik (JMTRANSLOG) uses an electronic journal platform to facilitate manuscript submission, editorial communication, peer review, revision, and publication. Authors should submit manuscripts through the journal's official submission system as indicated on the journal website.
The journal's ISSN registration data identifies the website as http://ejournal.stmt-trisakti.ac.id. Authors should consult the currently active journal website and follow the submission instructions provided by the editorial office.
Preparation Before Submission
Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that it is complete, clearly written, relevant to the journal's scope, and prepared according to the current author guidelines.
Depending on the manuscript and the journal's submission requirements, authors may need to provide:
- The complete manuscript file and any required tables, figures, or supplementary files.
- Accurate author names, affiliations, and corresponding-author contact information.
- Funding and competing-interest declarations.
- Statements concerning originality and exclusive submission.
- Ethical approval or consent documentation where applicable.
- Permissions for copyrighted material where required.
- Author-contribution statements and other declarations requested by the journal.
Originality and Author Approval
By submitting a manuscript, the corresponding author confirms that all listed authors have approved the submission and that the information provided is accurate. Authors must disclose any relevant prior publication, conference paper, working paper, thesis, report, preprint, or related manuscript that could affect the assessment of originality.
A manuscript must not be under simultaneous consideration by another journal. Authors must ensure that any previous submission has been formally withdrawn or otherwise resolved before submitting the manuscript to JMTRANSLOG.
Initial Editorial Screening
Submissions may be screened for relevance to the journal's scope, completeness, compliance with author guidelines, originality, ethical requirements, and basic scientific quality. The editorial team may return a manuscript for technical correction, request missing information, proceed to peer review, or decline the submission before review if it does not meet the journal's requirements.
Completion of the electronic submission process does not guarantee peer review, acceptance, or publication.
Peer Review and Revision
Manuscripts that pass initial screening may be sent for blind peer review in accordance with the journal's review procedures. Authors must monitor the submission system and their registered email addresses for editorial decisions, reviewer comments, requests for clarification, and revision deadlines.
When revision is requested, authors should submit a revised manuscript and a point-by-point response explaining how each reviewer comment has been addressed. If authors disagree with a recommendation, they should provide a reasoned and evidence-based explanation.
File Accuracy and Research Records
Authors are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are complete, readable, and consistent with the manuscript. Data, tables, figures, and supplementary files must accurately represent the research conducted. Authors should retain the relevant research records and be prepared to provide supporting information when reasonably requested by the editorial team.
Withdrawal and Editorial Communication
Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript must submit a written request to the editorial office explaining the reason. Authors should wait for confirmation from the journal before submitting the manuscript elsewhere.
All communications with the editorial office should be professional and accurate. Technical difficulties with the submission system should be reported through the official contact channels provided on the journal website.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Information submitted through the electronic system will be handled for legitimate editorial and publication purposes. Editors, reviewers, and journal personnel must protect unpublished manuscripts, personal information, and confidential research materials from unauthorized disclosure.
