Abstract

Melalui analisis secara menyeluruh yang meliputi proses perencanaan, intervensi, evaluasi dan refleksi maka diketahui bahwa agar PT. Andal Lautan Utama dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimum maka perlu untk mengintegrasikan layanannya dan menentukan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Tujuan tersebut dapat dicapai melalui perubahan status menjadi perusahaan freight forwarding dan ekspansi bisnis melalui diversifikasi dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia.
