Implementasi Penggunaan Electronic Air Waybill di Indonesia Dalam Mendukung Layanan National Logistics Ecosystems

Indonesia menghadapi tantangan di sektor logistik yang tercermin dari turunnya peringkat dalam Logistics Performance Index yang pada tahun 2018 berada pada posisi ke-46 dan pada tahun 2023 berada pada posisi ke-63. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah; menganalisis implementasi dan sosialiasi terkait standarisasi, prosedur dan infrastruktur terkait e-AWB secara optimal oleh anggota IATA, serta juga bagaimanakah sosialiasi yang dilakukan oleh IATA terkait e-AWB di Indonesia. Penataan Ekosistem Logistik Nasional Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pemerintah mencanangkan National Logistic Ecosystems yang bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan proses logistik melalui pertukaran data dan komunikasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Penerapan Elektronic-Air Waybill diharapkan dapat mendukung National Logistic Ecosystems melalui pertukaran data dan informasi melalui Indonesia National Single Windows. Periode penelitian dibatasi tahun 2019 – 2024 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. National Logistic Ecosystems untuk angkutan udara sebelumnya ditargetkan terlaksana pada tahun 2023 namun hingga tahun 2024 belum dapat terlaksana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan belum ada kebijakan dan regulasi pemerintah yang mendukung penerapan National Logistics Ecosystem Udara, Electronic Air Waybill sebagai dokumen elektronik oleh Kementerian Perhubungan Udara yang membawahi bidang penerbangan di Indonesia. Minimnya koordinasi antar kementerian juga menjadi penyebab terhambatnya sistem National Logistic Ecosystems Angkutan Udara.References
